Welcome to AKHN ("AKHN", "Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AKHN platform, including all related services, functionality, communications, content, and digital products.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing services, joining teams, posting tasks, or otherwise interacting with AKHN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Platform elements, including software, branding, design, content, graphics, databases, and functionality, are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Unless otherwise stated, AKHN retains all rights to the Platform and related materials.

5.3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission.

5.4. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant AKHN a non-exclusive right to use, host, process, and display such content solely for Platform operation and service provision.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Certain Platform services may require payment.

6.2. Pricing, subscription conditions, commissions, and applicable fees are displayed within the Platform or communicated before purchase.

6.3. Due to the digital and non-physical nature of services, refunds are generally not provided once access or service delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law.

6.4. Refund requests may be reviewed individually in cases of:

• continuous availability of all features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKHN shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
• data loss or unauthorized access;
• actions or omissions of third parties;
• service interruptions or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to AKHN during the previous three months.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. AKHN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion if:

• these Terms are violated;

• fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected;

• required by law or payment providers;

• necessary for security or operational reasons.

  10.2. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to the Terms
